On April 1st, Ulysses High School will host our inaugural Positive Addictions Day, a full day dedicated to helping students discover healthy habits that strengthen both mind and body.

The morning will kick off with an inspiring message from our guest speaker who will share an inspiring story about the power of positive choices. Students will then rotate through engaging breakout sessions led by local experts, exploring how music, nutrition, movement, and mindfulness can improve overall well-being.

In the afternoon, the energy ramps up with a 2.5-mile Color Walk/Run! Students will be showered in color along the course—creating a fun, memorable experience. (While the color is washable, we recommend students wear clothing and shoes they don’t mind getting a little messy.)

After the run, students can relax and enjoy time together with activities like cornhole, frisbee, music, and even friendly jousting competitions.

We’re excited to provide a day filled with learning, connection, and fun, all centered around building positive habits that can last a lifetime.

Sincerely

Justin Coffey
