Congratulations to our new staff member here at UCLC, Lauren Cossman!

Lauren is joining UCLC for the 2026–2027 school year. She is completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Sports Management from Concordia University Chicago. She will graduate this August and then pursue her master's in teaching. While Lauren earned her high school diploma through a traditional path, her own journey through higher education has been anything but traditional. Returning to college and completing her degree through online learning worked with her busy lifestyle and has given her a personal appreciation for the many different ways students can reach their educational goals. She believes that success does not have to look the same for every student and is passionate about helping students find the path that works best for them. Lauren is excited to begin her first year at UCLC and to support students as they work toward their own goals and discover what comes next.
