Hickok Elementary Enrollment Forms
The USD 214 enrollment date is quickly approaching. Families may begin on-line enrollment on Monday, July 17, 2023. Families will find the on-line enrollment link at www.usd214.org. Click on the District Information tab at the top of the page to open a drop-down menu and click “Online Enrollment.” You will be able to enroll your son and/or daughter and pay school fees through this process.
If you prefer to enroll and/or pay school fees for your son and/or daughter, the schools will be open on Thursday, August 3rd and Friday, August 4th. In-person enrollment and school fee payment will take place in each individual building. You will need to visit each child’s school to enroll and ensure you have all needed forms completed and fees paid. Enrollment times at each school are listed below:
Thursday, August 3rd - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, August 4th - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Student fees for the 2023-2024 school year have been simplified and approved by the board. Please be prepared to pay the following fees at enrollment:
Grades PreK-8 = $30 Technology Fee
Grades 9-12 = $30 Technology Fee + $20 Classroom Resource Fee = Total Fee $50
