Fall Homecoming 2021

 

Student Council's plans for the 2021 Homecoming week are as follows:

Spirit Week Days Oct. 4th - Oct. 8th:

  • Monday: Frat Day
  • Tuesday: Twin/Duo Day
  • Wednesday: Neon Day
  • Thursday: Class Colors (Freshman-Blue, Sophomore-Pink, Juniors-Black, Seniors-White)
  • Friday: Tiger Pride Day! Wear Orange and Black from head to toe

Floats:

    Float building for the high school will be on Monday, October 4th - Thursday, October 7th. Judging will take place on Thursday evening at the following times:

            (Times are Approximate!)

            6:30 - Hickok Elementary

            6:45 - Sullivan Elementary

            7:00 - Kepley Student Council

            7:00 - 8:00 - High School

        

    

Homecoming Parade: 

The parade will start 2:00 pm. Candidates, helpers, and anyone who will be riding on a float will need to be there by 1:40, all others 1:50. We will be coming around the backside of the football field on Maxwell and then down Kansas Ave. The parade will turn on Durham st and head to San Jacinto Ave. We will make a left at Sullivan and turn right on Wheat. We will make a right on San Jacinto and a left on Main Street. The float drop off will be at Central Avenue right after the bank. The pep rally will take place in front of Daylight Donuts.

Homecoming Parade: Come watch the fun and creative floats on Main Street at 2:00 p.m.

Crowning Ceremony: Will take place at the football field at 6:30 p.m.

Game: The Tigers will take on the Abilene Cowboys at 7:00 p.m.
